The Small is ideal for any standard rod blank, whilst the Large suits full Duplon and cork handles. Simply place the butt of your rod between the two rubber rotating heads and it will lock into position. The heads will grip the rod perfectly yet cause no damage to the blank.

Illusion XS is fast sinking, extremely tough, very supple and most importantly practically invisible underwater. In fact this line performs so well under the water that it was a contributing factor in underwater photographer and leading carp angler, Rob Hughes, deciding to join Fox as a consultant.

Over the years Rob has looked at all of the major players underwater and he rates Illusion XS as the best he has seen or not seen as the case is with this stuff! If you are targeting gin clear venues, which particularly line-shy fi sh then this fl uorocarbon offering is without doubt your best option. In the past a major criticism of fl uorocarbon lines has been that they are very wiry and not good for casting, but thankfully we have used the latest technology to make Illusion XS incredibly supple and therefore makes casts well in excess of yds easily achievable.

Perfect for line shy fi sh, there is no need for backleads at all as it sinks rapidly pinning your line down, preventing it from being detected. Based upon this research we felt compelled to release our Soft Steel in this unique Adaptive Camoufl age pattern. The line has been created using a multi-contrast, disruptive camoufl age pattern that breaks up its profi le and makes it very hard to distinguish from the lakebed itself. In addition to its unique camoufl age pattern, it is one of the most abrasion resistant lines on the market, making it a favourite with anglers fi shing in weedy and snaggy conditions.

Fox Soft Steel XS has stood the test of time, and continues to put thousands of carp on the bank every year. If you are in the market for a main line that can cover all bases, whilst offering unrivalled value for money, then congratulations you have just found it! Aquos couples low diameter, extreme suppleness and high strength with a lack of memory to create what can only be described as the ultimate line for distance casting.

Over the past few years our team of consultants have put the Aquos well and truly through its paces with distances well in excess of yds achieved! This line is somewhat of a powerhouse and exhibits knot strength, abrasion resistance and reliability of lines that sell for twice the money! Another great all rounder in our range, the Warrior XT is a great caster thanks to its supple nature and low memory. Available in either green or brown and based on his numerous underwater experiments, Rob Hughes recommends the green in the late spring and summer and the brown for autumn and winter.

The Horizon braided main line is dull olive green in colour, has a super slick fi nish, plus an ultra low diameter to improve distance casting. It has virtually no stretch giving unrivalled bite indication and this, coupled with superb knot strength and abrasion resistance, makes it ideal when fi shing close to snags and weed. The Horizon main line is supplied on metre spools and comes in 20lb, 25lb and 30lb breaking strains.

This coupled with its low diameter also makes it perfect for precision spodding at extreme range. With a breaking strain of 20lb you can rest assured that this particular line will handle whatever you throw at it! This low diameter sinking braid, supplied both on and metre spools, has been designed in conjunction with our team of leading carp consultants and has resulted in many captures of large carp. In we were commended by the carp angling media for setting the standard for spod and marker braids following the launch of our excellent Exocet Spod and Marker braid.

Being ultra-buoyant, with almost zero stretch you can pick this line up off the top of the water with ease, making spodding at range a joy and not a chore! Gravitron Pro offers an ultra low diameter braid perfect for distance casting and also sinks like a brick, whilst remaining supple allowing it to follow every contour of the lakebed.

Perfectly camoufl aged due to its matt olive fi nish, Gravitron Pro is virtually stretch free and incredibly abrasion resistant. The lack of stretch also makes it perfect for feature fi nding work with a marker float as the feel of every nook and cranny on the lakebed is transmitted back to the rod. Thanks to its super supple and smooth fi nish the Exocet Spod and Marker Braid simply fl ies off the spool making it your number one choice for long range baiting and plumbing. Before the development of the original Fox Box tackle storage was a very messy affair — usually involving a multitude of boxes gleaned from DIY and craft shops - but literally overnight the Fox Box transformed the way we organised ourselves on the bank and in the bivvy.
